Registration Fee: $40
This includes Interfaith Exchange Event and Opening Dinner, August 6th (First Nations House of Learning, UBC, 1pm-8pm), Closing Event August 12th (SFU Burnaby Campus, 5:30pm-7:30pm) and all other on-site events.

For those who are only taking the weekend workshops, the registration fee will be waived.

Please let us know if you require disability assistance to access any part of the facilities. Please inform us of your dietary requirements for the opening and closing meals as well.

Registration Checklist

• Please sign up one person per registration form. It is not possible for several persons to share a registration rate.
• Be sure to fill out the entire registration form, including the survey information which we use for planning.
• You can mail your completed registration form to the address below or fax it to 604-291-4504.
• Payment can be made by cheque or money order.
  You must mail your cheque, made out to Simon Fraser University, earmarked for the Interfaith Summer Insitute, to

Your confirmation will be sent to you online.

• You will be contacted for a second choice if a course is full or will be cancelled because of low registration. To favour obtaining your first choice, register early.
• Please register by June 15th, 2007 to help us with planning. Any registrations after this date will be subject to a “late bird” fee of $20.

Payment

• Registration fees can be paid by cheque, money order.
• Please fill out your complete payment information on the registration form before submitting.
• Please be advised that once your registration form is submitted, payment is due regardless of your attendance.

Cancellations and Reimbursements

• In order to free up spaces for other participants, please inform us of any changes or cancellations to your registration as soon as possible.
• Any request for reimbursement must be received in writing no later than July 15, 2007.
• Reimbursements will not be issued for requests received after this date, regardless of the date of registration.
• A 20$ administrative fee will be held on any reimbursement.
• Reimbursements are processed after the Summer Institute.
