The ISI registration fee is compulsory for every delegate and covers the Opening, weekend events and mid-day events during the Institute. Cancellations are accepted until July 15th with a $25 non-refundable service charge levied.

Courses are held at the Simon Fraser University Burnaby Campus and Harbour Centre Campus.

Disability Access and Dietary Requirements
Please let us know if you require disability assistance to access any part of the facilities. Please inform us of your dietary requirements for the opening meals as well.

Registration Checklist

  • Please sign up one person per registration form. It is not possible for several persons to share a registration rate.
  • Be sure to fill out the entire registration form, including the survey information which we use for planning.
  • You can mail your completed registration form to the address below or fax it to 778-782-5788.
  • Payment can be made by cheque or money order.
    You must mail your cheque, made out to Simon Fraser University, earmarked for the Interfaith Summer Insitute, to

    • Your confirmation will be sent to you online.

  • You will be contacted for a second choice if a course is full or will be cancelled because of low registration. To favour obtaining your first choice, register early.

Payment

  • Registration fees can be paid by cheque and/or money order.
  • Please fill out your complete payment information on the registration form before submitting.
  • Please be advised that once your registration form is submitted, payment is due regardless of your attendance.

Cancellations and Reimbursements

  • In order to free up spaces for other participants, please inform us of any changes or cancellations to your registration as soon as possible.
  • Any request for reimbursement must be received in writing no later than July 15, 2008.
  • A $25 administrative fee will be held on any reimbursement.
  • Reimbursements are processed after the Summer Institute.
